1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from our online store within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or courier (DPD) to ensure safe delivery of your return.
We do not take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@lubifood.com before sending it back.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the damaged package or product to speed up the replacement process.
We will cover all costs associated with replacing or refunding incorrect or damaged items.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
