Our online store offers PKU-friendly foods and locally grown agricultural products, such as poppy seeds, buckwheat, flax, and other related items. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions or photos are free of errors.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.
All payments are made online by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
4. Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery methods:
DPD courier service – available within Slovakia and selected EU countries.

Delivery times depend on the destination and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
5. Returns and Complaints
Customers may return goods or file a complaint within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
6. Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to market or supplier changes.
The Seller is a VAT payer registered in the Slovak Republic. All orders shipped within the European Union (e.g. to the Czech Republic or France) are invoiced with Slovak VAT in accordance with applicable EU tax regulations, as the Seller has not exceeded the threshold for applying the One Stop Shop (OSS) regime.
Should the Seller’s total cross-border sales within the EU exceed the OSS threshold, VAT rates may be adjusted according to the tax rules of the customer’s country of delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information presented on our website. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to market or supplier changes.
