Ordinary white rice contains approximately 8g of protein per 100g of product. In the case of Echigo rice, the protein content is only 0.3g per 100g. Although the fermentation has removed the protein, the rice retains all other nutritional values. On a low-protein diet, it is very important to maintain a low protein intake but, on the contrary, a sufficiently high energy intake, which is what Echigo rice brings us.

Echigo Grain low protein rice can be prepared like regular rice. Put the appropriate amount of rice in boiling water and let it cook until soft.
